[box type="blank" class="border-dashed2"][dropcap]For[/dropcap] starters this oad actually skip bunch of chapter from manga and also skip forward another bunch of who knows how many chapter for its ending. Even in manga it didn’t get this far yet so don’t watch this if you’re an avid xxxholic manga readers.
I am not xxxholic manga readers yet I kind of knew what storyline it went through by reading wikipedia. Xxxholic Rou starts with Yuko-san being engulf by the darkness with Watanuki helplessly watching Yuko disappearing. Watanuki asked what is her last wish and he hopes that he could fulfills it . Yuko replied her last wish is that she wants Watanuki to keep on living. Watanuki then proclaim that he will fulfill her wish and he also wished that one day he will meet Yuko-san again.[/box]
For us the anime viewers this makes no sense. What happened to her? Last ova didn’t mention or heading towards such drastic move isn’t it. Anyway Watanuki then woke up from his dream with Mari and Moro fighting on top of him. Yeah.. Damn watanuki got twin loli shota to fulfill his loli fantasy. Mind you from the conversation it seems that Mari and Moro sleeps with him every night.
In this episode we figure out that Doumeki been visiting Watanuki at the shop often bringing food , having dinner and even sleeps there as Mokona been calling them husband and wife. Doumeki is now a lecturer at local university teaching ethnology where Kohane is also studying. You know more of Kohane if you watch xxxholic season 1.
Doumeki told Watanuki on a case he’s currently appraising old items at a house which has weird environment. They found lots of charms that looks like Watanuki’s pipe fox ( Izuna ). Turns out the late grandmother of that house is an Izuna tamer and she died without an official heir. It seems that her granddaughter has been possessed by Izuna after she died and until she became the next heiress, her whole family will break and die eventually.
Since Watanuki couldn’t walk out of the shop ever since he took over, Doumeki filmed everything and shows it to Watanuki. In the video, the girl ran amuk after seeing people messing up stuff that her late grandmother left behind. At the end of the video, that possessed girl picks up Doumeki’s camera and ask Watanuki to fulfill her wish, and she will fulfill his very wish with her own lips. She even mention Watanuki full name which is weird since Doumeki and Kohane did not even speak of about Watanuki to the people of that house.
[box type="blank" class="border-dashed2"][dropcap]Watanuki[/dropcap] then handed over his pipe fox to Doumeki. Doumeki and Kohane slips in the midnight and help the girl find items needed for her to be next heiress and yes they successfully helped her. When Doumeki comes back to the shop, he handed over his camera – he was recoding the whole 7 hours. Doumeki can be a good stalker really.
Doumeki said, at the end of the session the girl left a message for him and asked that it will only be seen by Watanuki. Doumeki then left to take a phone call from Himawari.[/box]
Himawari.. yes this is pretty shocking.. is married. I guess Yuko did something that makes her able to connect with people normally then? I read around and no one mention this happening yet in current manga storylines. What a terrible spoiler. I always thought one way or another she will end up with either Doumeki or Watanuki. In their conversation, Himawari want to gather up with everyone on the first of April to celebrate Watanuki’s birthday. Some people at animesuki said, it will be the end of xxxholic when they all actually met.

I already notice when the girl first spoke it sounded like Yuko-san, so I guess she reincarnate as her ? Nobody knows as manga itself hasn’t gone this far. And I also didn’t get the reason why Watanuki couldn’t leave the shop. Yuko-san can so why can’t he ? Along the anime while they were talking of the house, charms , and the possessed girl, xxxholic still manages to give the creepy and mysterious feeling it always had even with such cheap animation. I wonder why.. It’s that Good that it doesn’t matter if it came with cheap animation or low quality rip video. And also, it seems that Watanuki is looking more like he’s in love with Yuko-san.
Even tho I missed out loads of things, I still gave this 10/10 . Worth downloading
