Strike Witches 2 Episode 2
Déjàvu.. again.
The first part of this episode is really what you have already seen in episode 2 season 1.
Seeing that Neuroi has drawn upon them, the allies decided to bombard them with whatever little cannon they had. Sadly, none of those could penetrate Neuroi shield or armor. Miyafuji and Sakamoto watch the fleet gotten laser one by one. I think I saw it got slashed into half yet none of them actually sink.
Sakamoto eagerly wants to fight yet Miyafuji disagree unless she brings her with. Sakamoto’s striker isn’t fully prepared yet so Miyafuji went off defending alone while Sakamoto waits her lightning striker prepared. Sakamoto couldn’t wait so she jump off her plane and slash Neuroi into pieces. That was cool btw. But things weren’t that easy…
Shirley and Lucchini was nearby yet they fear that something isn’t right. Sakamoto agrees, she too thinks that this fight was too easy and something amiss. Right when she said that, Neuroi regenerates and back into half of its body in minutes. Sakamoto order Miyafuji to destroy Neuroi before it fully regenerates. But Miyafuji is almost at her limit and she couldn’t deal with this new Neuroi. That’s when Shirley and Lucchini appear and ambush Neuroi.
And then a sniper appeared – none other than Lynette and Perrine. Seeing that Lynette is here, they hugged like Neuroi sight was some cherry blossom tree blooming. Then a cannon was shoot from afar – none other than Sanya and Eila . Last but not least Commander Minna, Barkhorn, and Hartmann arrived at the scene. Together they again fight Neuroi with Sakamoto using her new sword skill – Reppumaru.
Sakamoto since has fix her shield problem with this new skill. Reppumaru can slash into Neuroi laser like it’s nothing and her new Lightning striker can move faster than Eila. She will no longer be on deskjob .
Now that the members of 501st have returned, they are assigned to defend for Romagnia which have been invaded by Neuroi.
I had to say that I am amaze with the sparkling 3ds look in this episode. Even Miyafuji pantsu looks 3d-ish.
