This episode is about Eila and her possessiveness over Sanya.
The team found a new type of Neuroi which tall is 33000 above ground. In order to destroy it, they had to use a booster. The person using this booster will be using more magic than usual and will drain it faster too. The team decided that to chose only 2 people will be going above 33000, the other will only help to carry those two from 10000 and 20000 above ground.
Sanya was chosen for the mission and she needs another person that can shield her while she aims her Fliegerhammer at Neuron’s core. Eila magic skill is predicting enemy movement thus she never needs shield to protect her. This disqualifies her for this mission. Since Miyafuji had always been known as the person with the strongest shield, she was chosen to go with Sanya. Because of this, Eila is jealous of Miyafuji and had Perrine trains her using shields.

But no matter how much training she does, she kept dodging bullets instead of casting shields. She finally given up on it and let Sanya go with Miyafuji. But Sanya said that she can’t do it because she gives up too easily and she said this while holding a muffler for Miyafuji. This anger Eila and the two fought. Jealous much huh.
On the day of mission, after 20000 meters up high Eila just couldn’t let go of Sanya. No matter what, she wants to be the one protecting Sanya. Miyafuji understand this and help Sanya and Eila gets up to 30000.
When they got up to the core, Eila manage to protect Sanya and cast shields all together and together they defeated Neuroi. End.
Eila is not my favourite character and I was like feeling a bit dull knowing that this will be Eila’s episode. It turns out to be a nice and sweet episode of shoujo-ai love. Eila tomboyish obsessive character gets melt by Sanya’s cool attitude at the end. I thought she’d be more guys like yet it was Sanya that stayed strong in the end. This episode shows how much Eila needs Sanya.
